Yay, pictures! 2,000sf is really huge--bigger than a lot of houses, at least. How does it compare to typical dance studios? I know it's way bigger than the "original" dance barn, but, so far as commercial spaces go...?

I think most dance studios are between 600 and 1200 sq ft (that's just the studio part). Our floor is about 900 sq ft. I would say that most studios have much smaller lobbies (if they would even say they had a lobby). I didn't want such a bog one, but it's how it came, you know? So the rest of the 2000 sq ft is taken up by the lobby, two bathrooms, and the back storage area (which is quite big).

For some perspective, the original dance barn had a 400 sq ft dance floor and was just over 600 sq ft total.
